Curing area
The new curing area consists of a multilevel structure equipped with conveyor means (storage) in metal carpentry, controlled by a plc.
The new storage is composed of eight rollers on six 75-meter-long levels, for a global length of 3.600 meters.
Behind this storage there is a 75-meter-long truck, completely automated. It is used to lay down the polyurethane layers during the production process and, once the curing phase is completed, it is used to store them into the warehouse.
