DryFlex® is able to maintain its hydrophobic properties in a permanent way, without losing its comfort, elasticity and breathability, which are traditional characteristics of the flexible polyurethane foam. The impermeability to water and aqueous solutions prevents the absorption of liquids inside its cellular structure, avoiding the unpleasant wet sensation.
DryFlex® UV-rays resistance allows a longer maintenance of DryFlex® physical-mechanical properties during the time.
The Ultrafresh special treatment to which DryFlex® is exposed, allows to contrast bacteria proliferation, that is among the primary causes of asthma, allergic illnesses and moulds, the main cause of bad smell and degradation, managing in this way to preserve its hygienical and freshness conditions during the time.
DryFlex® is created by using the innovative VPF (Variable Pressure Foaming) technology that uses vacuum and pressure as foaming process variables, preventing from using external uncontrollable agents which are damaging for the environment, like CFC/HCFC, Methylene Chloride, and CO2, obtaining an expanded material using water only, resulting completely environmentally friendly and recyclable.
