The activity of our R&D Lab is focused on the following activities:

• continuous research for new raw materials and additives that offer a greater guarantee of performance and quality
• study and development of new and increasingly sophisticated products, able to meet the different and more advanced needs of customers by respecting the most restrictive safety requirements prescribed by the OEKO-TEX and CertiPUR certifications OEKO-TEX e CertiPUR
• participation in meetings and trade fairs
• technical meetings with our Partners

For this reason, the R&D Laboratory, within our headquarters, methodically makes:

• – verifications of the quality and characteristics of raw materials;
• inspections, for each production batch, of the most important reference values indicated in the technical specifications;
• verifications of the fire behaviour characteristics;
• research of new raw materials, which offer better fisical-mechanical and performance characteristics
• development of formulations for the creation of new products that meet the different application needs of customers.

The Laboratory works in association with the Industrial Chemistry Department “Toso Montanari” Alma Mater Studiorum – Bologna University and with the most important European Institutes for the creation and the certification of our Foams.

Our Lab works to guarantee customers innovation, quality and reliability in the field of Flexible Polyurethane Foam.
